I will be posting more and more about work related items here. This is the first.

We use IBM Web Conferencing (Sametime) at work. A few of our end users set up meetings that last an entire year, so they always have a meeting they can quickly access, without having to set up a new meeting. An end user set one of these up and then recently left. With Sametime admin rights, I could not change the ending time of that meeting or access it to end it. So, here's the work-around. You need run an agent to modify the state of the meeting to finished, then you can go in and delete it. Instructions for creating the agent. Instructions for deleting the meeting.
